Our Mission

is to honor our lineage of teachers, inspire our sacred feminine form, and encourage a sisterhood among all women.

Parking

  • Make sure to get to the studio at least 10 minutes prior to class for payment and registration.
  • My home studio is located at:
    15944 W. Central St.
    Surprise 85374
    • To avoid blocking neighbors’ parking spaces, park along 160th Avenue by the mailboxes.
    • Walk up the driveway, head to the left, and follow the path through the gate.
    • Gate opens 15 minutes before class.
    • The studio door is on the right after you walk through the gate.
    • The studio has AC, but no heater, so come in layers, in case it happens to be a chilly evening (usually during winter and spring seasons).

What to Wear and/or Bring?

  • Print and fill out this Liability Waiver, and bring it with you to your first class.
  • Dance shoes are recommended; your feet will have more cushion, and although I sweep before classes, you will most likely leave the studio with a bit of dirt on the soles of your bare feet.
  • Yoga mats and yoga attire are recommended for the Belly Essential classes.
  • Yoga pants, harem pants, crop tops, tanks, and tight-fitting athletic tops, and bellywear are acceptable.
  • There is a bathroom if you need to change.
  • Bring a water bottle. Cool filtered water is available to stay hydrated.

Dance Studio Etiquette

  • Make sure to get to the studio at least 10 minutes prior to class for payment and registration.
  • Please put your cell phone on silent mode, and take calls outside of the studio during class.
  • You are welcome to stay while class is in session, but please do not disrupt with loud side-chatter.
  • Join our Facebook group page, “Orange Lotus Studio”.
